Schooled~ ZOMBIESANDDOGS

in response to the butt hurt BSL Advocates crying about their own words and messages of hate being shared. Maybe a bit of education will help them.
Defamation - is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual person, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation.
(Hence the screen captures- I want to make sure that it’s fully known that their stupidity has not been altered. )
Is this a false statement?

Slander-
False or malicious claims that may harm someone’s reputation.
Is this false?

Libel-
A malicious, false statement in written media, a broadcast, or otherwise published words.
Please point out the false statement?

Proving Libel-
“There are several ways a person must go about proving that libel has taken place. For example, in the United States, the person must prove that the statement was false, caused harm, and was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement. “
Is there truthfulness in this?
“Qualified privilege”-
May be available to the journalist as a defense in circumstances where it is considered important that the facts be known in the public interest; an example would be public meetings, local government documents, and information relating to public bodies such as the police and fire departments.
Like pointing out false public safety organizations promoting violence-
Like here and here and here – oh, and here too.
-Statements made in a good faith and reasonable belief that they were true are generally treated the same as true statements; however, the court may inquire into the reasonableness of the belief. The degree of care expected will vary with the nature of the defendant: an ordinary person might safely rely on a single newspaper report, while the newspaper would be expected to carefully check multiple sources.
-Opinion is a defense recognized in nearly every jurisdiction. If the allegedly defamatory assertion is an expression of opinion rather than a statement of fact, defamation claims usually cannot be brought because opinions are inherently not falsifiable.
-Fair comment on a matter of public interest, arguments made with an honest belief in their soundness on a matter of public interest (such as regarding official acts) are defendable against a defamation claim, even if such arguments are logically unsound; if a reasonable person could honestly entertain such an opinion, the statement is protected.
-Consent is an uncommon defense and makes the claim that the claimant consented to the dissemination of the statement.
Kind of like this-

How many times to BSL advocates say “Blog that bitch.”? I’ve lost count- but they sure do cry when I do!
Now- let’s not forget this one:
First Amendment – an amendment to the Constitution of the United States guaranteeing the right of free expression; includes freedom of assembly and freedom of the press and freedom of religion and freedom of speech.
However- that’s the great thing about screen shots- you can not deny they are written by a specific person. Well- unless you say you are hacked?
Jeff- were you hacked?

Hacked again?

Let me guess- hacked?

I just don’t get it- if BSL Advocates feel they are the norm than why do they cry and whine when I help them share their own words? Well- one can assume that BSL advocates are not the norm and they thrive off keeping their true agenda hidden from the public.
