Questionable Ethics ~ ZOMBIESANDDOGS

Questionable Ethics

I’m curious- When is it ethical for a website- a “foundation” that is adovating for public safety and animal welfare and applying for a 501(c)(3) status to be recognized as a non profit need a disclaimer that states-
“Any comments, materials, photos, sent to Daxton’s Friends (via any medium including e-mail, regular mail, Twitter, Facebook, comments sections) including feedback data, links, such as questions, comments and suggestions, shall be considered free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, and distribute to others without limitation.
Any material sent to Daxton’s Friends considered abusive, deceitful, hostile, (including photos of your dogs and children) sent to our e-mail, regular mail, Twitter, Facebook, or the victims, shall be considered free to share at our discretion and forwarded to blogs such as Daxtonsfather@wordpress.comhttp://maultalk.wordpress.com/http://17barks.blogspot.com/, and http://cravendesires.blogspot.com/ to do with at their choosing. Further, you expressly waive any moral rights you may have in all Feedback, abusive or otherwise.”
I really want to point something out-
df
Jeff Borchardt is stating- That if you send him a picture of your child that he is more than happy to take that image, distort it- create distasteful and many vulgur images and spread them onto known and documented hate and extremist webpages and facebook groups. A foundation- created to promote safety is willing to endanger a child’s right to privacy and to use this child as a means to spread falsehoods and hate- even when directly told by the child’s parents and guardians .
I’m curious- has Jeff Borchardt heard of COPPA?  You know, that thing called Children Online Privacy Protection act? I know, Jeff thinks he’s rear end is safe because he created above mentioned disclaimer, but according to the law- he is not.
“Any person who operates a website located on the Internet or an online service and who collects or maintains personal information from or about the users of or visitors to such website or online service, or on whose behalf such information is collected or maintained, where such website or online service is operated for commercial purposes, including any person offering products or services for sale through that website or online service, involving commerce— “
Besides the disclaimer- Jeff Borchardt and Daxton’s Friends violates SEC. 1303. REGULATION OF UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE ACTS AND PRACTICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM AND ABOUT CHILDREN ON THE INTERNET.

As stated- Jeff Borchardt and Daxton’s Friends needs to  follow both (i) and (ii) which he has failed to do.  I’m 99.999999% that he has no verifiable parental constant for the use of images he has obtained and used in his recent facebook hate page- Pit Bull Breed Identification photo’s and I know that parents of those children has repeatedly stated he does not have permission to share them for his “personal collection” of children’s images.
df7
Again- he is not incompliance. I’m not sure why he thinks he’s above the law, but his blatant use of children images, his willingness to exploit them and endanger them questions the validity of his non profit foundation and should call for an investigation into his non profit status.  Now pay attention Jeff- because this is directed to your many boasts about parents requesting you to remove the images and personal information regarding the children-
df8
Now- as a blogger, if anyone posts ANYTHING to his blog he is capable of viewing emails and IP addresses of the poster- not to mention to collection of emails and personal info he has collected on pit bull owners and their families- mine included.

He also brags about having images of my home, my children and my dogs and I’m just one in thousands. I don’t know about you- but I’ve never seen a foundation promoting public safety having to stoop to using fear and intimidation tactics- have you?
