Good Intentions In The Wrong Hands By Dogluva

Good Intentions In The Wrong Hands

Recently an ad appeared in a New Hampshire newspaper. The ad placed by Daxton’s Friends caught the attention of some Pit Bull supporters. In an effort to show the positive side of Pit Bulls an up and coming Non Profit Organization that  promotes positive dog ownership, training, and education, in the efforts to stop BSL suggested Pit Bull Supporters send photos of their dogs and letters telling their stories of their family dogs.

What did the Pit Bull Supporters do, the responded. They sent photos in, of their dogs, with their children, some of the dogs dressed up. Some adults appeared in the photos, I saw smiles, laughter, and love. What the Pit Bull Supporters didn’t know is that their photos, would wind up on a Facebook page titles “Pit Bull Breed Identification-Photos-Owners Submitted.

Yes that’s right, photos and comments are posted for all to see. Who started the page? Not sure, but I give you one guess. Who ‘Likes” the page and supports the page?  Well, the usual Dogsbite.org Cult Members, that’s who. Take a look:

Notice that the head of Daxton’s friends needs two Facebook profiles, (2). Against Facebook policies, but hey, not for me to debate right now! Another Anti Pit Bull Supporter Tony Solesky, who wanted to represent the good folks of Maryland, thank God the majority read between the lines. This page was made for just pure entertainment, just like the other pages. No education, no advocacy, nothing!
Anti Pit Bull supporters saw nothing but evil, disgust, danger, and DIRTY FLOORS. Dirty floors you ask? Yes Dirty floors. One Anti Pit Bull Supporter couldn’t come up with anything else to say but commented on the Pit Bull owner’s dirty floor. Well I guess this person has never been in a tile store, or doesn’t know interior design, because the photo isn’t showing dirty floors, the photo is a picture of TRAVERTINE tile. Just to show the pettiness of this one comment, I decided to compare the photos of Travertine tile from a local tile store.  See below:

So this is where their advocacy has taken them. This is where their donations money goes. This is how they spend their time. This is how they focus on healing. This is how they move forward. This is how they blame everyone. This is how they wait for the next attack. This is how they spend their day, night, and lives. THIS IS SAD.
