Omg how misleading. The article tries to state again and again that the dog was not a pit but "the vet identified the dog as not being PREDOMINANTLY pit bull." How stupid do they think we are? Take a look at the picture and see for yourself!

  Helga Joubert Did the newspaper receive threats, I wonder? Perhaps that's why they stated it wasn't a pit bull. At least they included the photo so people with at least one brain cell can see exactly what kind of garbage dog it is. I love how the glowing eyes make it look like it came straight out of Hell.

  Helga Joubert Who is this quack veterinarian from the Animal Rescue League of Iowa? I'd like to put that liar on the spot and demand to know what he/she based their breed determination on, exactly. The "jail cell" photo isn't the only one of the dog--I've seen three different ones now, and it looks like a pit bull in all three.

the head shape is all wrong for an APBT, one of 25 breeds they call "pitbulls', maybe?
