Ashley Costabile You just found out that it's an "honor system" you gotta stop this.. it's getting way to comical. Actually, you can get service dogs from the internet. It's some bs crap that people fill out. HOWEVER, to be a TRUE service dog there is a test and then you register and get the whole vest, certification, and whatever else.
